Improve your health and wellbeing with 6w2s fitness sessions!

The 6w2s fitness and wellbeing program focuses on improving your strength and fitness over a six-week cycle. Developed by celebrity trainer Blake Worrall-Thompson, 6w2s has been helping women be the best version of themselves for over ten years.

It's no shock that Mums are time poor; between school drops offs, work, making lunches, after school sports, work, washing and actually spending time with your kids it's hard to fathom being able to add in a fitness regime.

This is where 6w2s comes in. 6w2s wants to encourage you to spend 45 minutes a day focusing on yourself. The program has been specifically formulated for women who are looking to lose weight, tone up and improve their general health. There are five sessions available to attend per week, all in 45 minute time slots. There is a mixture of weights and cardio work to ensure you get the right range of training to improve your overall fitness.

Not only will 6w2s improve your fitness, you'll also be given simple and easy nutrition guides from critically acclaimed nutritionist Kira Sutherland to assist you throughout the program.

Sessions are Monday to Friday at 8:45am or 10:15am in Paddington. 

Whilst they're designed to be six week cycles, many of the women have been with 6w2s for over 12 months. Once they notice a positive change in their health and wellbeing - it's hard not to come back for more!
