Begin Bright Marrickville

Begin Bright Marrickville runs programs in school readiness and primary tuturing for kids aged 2 - 12 years.

Begin Bright Marrickville is owned and operated by Thomas Hepburn. Thomas completed a Bachelor of Education at University of Technology Sydney in 2008. Since then Thomas has taught in a various primary schools most recently at Condell Park. Thomas believes in providing personal and high quality tuition to all students. His aim is to create a positive, safe and supportive environment for both parents and children.

School Readiness Program: School Readiness classes are for one hour a week and focus on letter sounds, handwriting and numbers. This program ensures kids will have a really good foundation for learning and are nice and confident when they start school. Children learn more easily while they’re young so it’s a great time to introduce them to learning.
Levels include: 
Pink Level: 2 year olds craft classes.
Green Level: 3 – 4 year olds starting Kindergarten (Big School) the year after next.
Yellow Level: 4 – 5 year olds starting Kindergarten (Big School) next year.
Orange Level: 4 – 6 year olds who know all single sounds and numbers to 20.

Primary Tutoring Sessions: Individual tutoring sessions are available before or after school Monday – Saturday at a time that suits you. Every new child will receive an assessment on the first week. From there they design a program specifically for your child taking into account their values and interests. 

School Holiday Program: The school holiday programs have an assortment of fun sessions. Children are welcome to come to individual sessions or to stay for back to back sessions. All the workshops are suitable for 4-11 year olds.
