Your New Favourite Dessert: Nutella Blondies

Seriously- who doesn’t love Nutella? Check out this easy and delicious recipe for what we bet is going to be your new go-to treat.

What You Need



  • A jar of Nutella ( you won’t use the whole jar, but you’ll definitely want to keep going back to it!)

  • 150g butter

  • 375g brown sugar

  • 110g cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 2 eggs

  • 230g plain flour

What To Do: It’s Simple With Kids!



  • Scoop little balls of Nutella into a tray, then freeze them for 45 minutes

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan

  • Pour brown sugar, cream cheese, baking powder, vanilla and melted butter in a bowl and mix together

  • Add 2 eggs and stir the mixture again

  • Add plain flour and stir again

  • Add 75g of Nutella and stir again

  • Spread mixture into a lined baking tray

  • Pop frozen Nutella balls into the mixture and cover them with more mixture

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 170 C

  • Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve, if you wish
