Your New Favourite Dessert: Nutella Blondies

What You Need
- A jar of Nutella ( you won’t use the whole jar, but you’ll definitely want to keep going back to it!)
- 150g butter
- 375g brown sugar
- 110g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 230g plain flour

What To Do: It’s Simple With Kids!
- Scoop little balls of Nutella into a tray, then freeze them for 45 minutes
- Melt the butter in a saucepan
- Pour brown sugar, cream cheese, baking powder, vanilla and melted butter in a bowl and mix together
- Add 2 eggs and stir the mixture again
- Add plain flour and stir again
- Add 75g of Nutella and stir again
- Spread mixture into a lined baking tray
- Pop frozen Nutella balls into the mixture and cover them with more mixture
- Bake for 30 minutes at 170 C
- Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve, if you wish
