If you're at home and the kids are utterly bouncing off the walls, then head to one of our top picks for trampoline parks where bouncing off the walls is practically mandatory! Not only are they great for a bit of exercise and pack a whole lot of giggles, but trampoline parks are an exciting way to spend a rainy day, no matter the weather.

1. Sky Zone, Alexandria & Miranda

In two fabulous locations, kids (and adults!) will just love bouncing on the 100s of trampolines connected to form one huge one! Score a slam dunk at SkySlam, flip into a foam pit, get some major air at Stratosphere, climb the walls with SkyClimb, or join in bonce bouncy game of Dodgeball! Sky Zone is a great venue for birthday parties, school holiday courses, and their Little Leapers drop-in classes for under 5s for some sky-high fun that won't end in collisions with big kids!

2. Boing Central, Baulkham Hills

Boing has over 80 trampolines across over 1600 square metres! All ages will enjoy jumping, bouncing, flipping and flying through the air. Tiny Tots Central is the section to head to for littlies who want a gentle bounce, Didge Central hosts dodgeball competitions, Slam Central lets you play basketball with a twist, and Foam Central is where you can flip into pits of total joy.

3. Ultimate Family Entertainment Centre, Northmead

Interconnected trampolines, a massive foam pit, climbing wall, and Australia's largest indoor play centre complete with jungle gym and soft play! Ultimate has it all, with the play centre divided into two: a section for under 5s and another for 5-12-year-olds. As well as trampolining joy, there's a foam pit, dodgeball arena, basketball hoops, drift car games, dodgems, pinball machines, a foosball table and an air hockey table. That's a whole lot of action.

4. Flip Out, Various Locations

With venues in Albury, Blacktown, Brookvale, Caringbah, Castle Hill, Punchbowl and so much more, you'll be positively flipping out! At Flip Out, there's trampolines, foam pits, wall runners, birthday parties and classes for adults AND 'Little Ninjas'. In their 'Little Ninjas' classes, kids can learn balance, co-ordination, agility, as well as back flips and jump twists.
