Jumping is a euphoric sensation, a moment of temporary weightlessness and flight. When the weather is terrible but your little ones are full of energy, then the only place to take them is to a trampoline park. Jumping has many health benefits and it’s perfect for almost all ages. Sydney has some excellent trampoline parks for kids and parents, and we’ve listed all of them with their perks and special offers.
1. Boing Central Trampoline Park
Boing Central has an area for preschool jumpers called Tiny Tot Central! It’s perfect and safe for little ones. Aside from the largely covered trampoline area that all trampoline parks have, Boing also has a basketball area, foam pit and dodgeball competitions! If you’re a parent that is not too keen on jumping, then have no fear, there’s a cafe for all your coffee and snacking needs.

2. Sky Zone
Sky Zone is the world’s first indoor trampoline park, located at Alexandria and Miranda. Hundreds of trampolines, all connected to form one massive trampoline that literally allows you to jump off the walls. Little Leapers sessions take place for under 5s and parents from Monday – Friday (10am – 1pm). And did we mention the special prices? On Monday there’s unlimited jumping for $10! Tuesdays have a buy one jump hour, get one free! These aren’t available on holidays so school days may need to be missed to catch these specials.

3. FX Zone Sports Centre and Trampoline Park
FX Zone has everything a kid wants from a trampoline park: a foam pit, dodge-ball trampoline area and a playground for little ones! Mums and toddlers get in at a discounted rate and there’s a nice cafe inside for parents. The best part about FX Zone is that it has a sports centre with baseball batting cages nearby. But you have to pay a different fare to get a chance to swing bat.

4. FlipOut
Flip Out has branches of trampoline parks all across Sydney. With a basketball area for under 10s, foam pits and plenty of trampolines, FlipOut will make any jumper happy. But if you’re in the Caringbah and Castle Hills area then you’re extra lucky because Friday and Saturday is disco night!

5. Planet X Entertainment
With an alien theme, this place is definitely out of this world. Grab your under 6 kids because Planet X has emptied their place on Thursday and Friday at 10am-12pm for your jumper and at just $10. The coolest thing about this place is it’s combination of games and jumping. Aside from the standard features that all trampoline parks have, Planet X also has a skate park and jumping castles! But if you’re not interested in that, there’s also an arcade, with the latest machines kids love.

6. Flymotion – Entertainment Quarter
This isn’t a trampoline park but if you’re looking for a place to jump higher than you’ve ever been, in the most safest way possible then Flymotion is here for you! Jumpers are strapped in a harness that’s attached to two lines. With a single trampoline, the jumper takes one leap and they’re brought higher than they could ever jump! The adjustable harness allows jumpers to move around and experiment in acrobatic moves. Despite the height, it’s actually much safer than trampoline parks and kids from 2 years can go on.
