Deliciously Deceptive: Melting Ice-Cream Cupcakes

Kids won’t mind being tricked if it’s to do with desserts! Check out this awesome video and recipe of the melting ice cream- that’s actually a cupcake in disguise.

What You’ll Need:

 

• Ice cream cones


• Batter: eggs, butter, milk, flour, sugar


• White chocolate, melted


• Sprinkles to decorate

What To Do:

 

• Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks & milk together in a bowl


• Whisk egg whites and sugar until you create a fluffy meringue in another bowl


• Stir the meringue into the batter


• Add flour to the mixture and combine until smooth


• Pour batter into the ice cream cones


• Bake for 20-25 minutes


• Melt white chocolate


• Dip the tops of the cupcakes into the white chocolate


• Decorate with sprinkles to give the ‘ice cream’ illusion
