David Jones Sydney To Receive A Very Disney Makeover

Your Christmas shopping plans are sorted! As part of David Jones' $200 million Elizabeth Street store redevelopment, The Walt Disney Company have announced a new children’s world featuring Disney, Star Wars and Marvel will open in late November.
The top floor of the Sydney department store will be transformed into a magical, one-of-a-kind destination and offer five distinct neighbourhoods designed to transport customers to different mini worlds and immerse themselves in Disney’s much-loved stories and characters.

Imagine sitting under Winnie the Pooh’s much-loved honey tree; dressing up in Marvel cartoon character apparel and reading story books in the Brooklyn-inspired loft story-telling area filled with books, games and puzzles.
Star Wars fans can escape to a galaxy far, far away while Disney princesses and princes can play with fairy lights, castles, carousels and a Magic Mirror.
There will be a dedicated events space to launch new products from movies and a ''high street'' of fashion and toys from Country Road, Seed Kids, Armani Junior and Polo Ralph Lauren.
The magical new-look level nine will open in late November. It will be the happiest [shopping] place on earth!
