An Australian brunch is arguably as legendary as its coffee. With such notoriety comes high expectations! Not just any old sliced bread with our eggs…we want freshly baked artisan sourdough and make those eggs organic, free range and poached to perfection please!

And when you’re looking for the perfect brunch destination with a family in tow, its not just the menu which can make or break your mid-morning family dining treat. The venue needs to not just welcome but cater for kids too. It also has to have a fantastic location (ideally with or near some open space so little ones can expend some of that endless energy).

Here at ellaslist, we’ve put our heads together and whittled down our favourites (and there were quite a few!) to Six of the Best Breakfast/Brunches in Sydney For Families. Some are big, some are small but they all offer superb breakfasts for Sydney families.
