Anyone Fancy An Ice Cream Sandwich?

Guess what, Sydney-siders? We have an actual, real-life ice cream sandwich pop-up store in our wonderful city as we speak! 

These creamy delights blanketed by crumbly cookie created by the fantastic Mister Fitz can now be found in Myer's Alpine Village, next to the pop-up ice skating rink. This could just be the perfect winter family day out- a glide around the ice, followed by a sugar overdose for one seriously special treat. 

Your taste buds will be tantalised with the likes of the Gimme Macklemore which is an ice cream sandwich with chocolate cookie, S’mores which is ice cream drizzled with hot choccie sauce, and the totally Instagram-worthy Sticky AF which is a slice of sticky date pudding topped with warm caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream and unicorn crumbs. 

There's really no end to the sandwich fillings- you can get rainbow sprinkles, gummy lollies, mini marshmallows, M & M's...the list goes on. A sweet tooth is necessary, so catch the pop-up before it melts on 16 July, and can be found on Level 6 of Myer Sydney on George Street. Happy ice cream sandwiching!
